Delivery and shipment
The ordered product will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days by PostNL to the submitted address. After you place your order you will receive a confirmation in your e-mail.
Shipping costs vary for each country. For orders within The Netherlands Shipment is FREE.
In the event of a product not complying to your wishes, it is possible to return the product within 30 days. The item must be in the same state as when it was received. This means that products cannot be returned if they have been worn, damaged or altered in any matter. Vivence has the right to refuse a returned product, when it does not conform to the criteria discussed above. All returned items are the responsibility of the clients until they arrive at our store. For this reason, we advise you to add a track and trace option to your retour.
It is possible to exchange a product within 14 days (on your own costs) by sending it back to the address mentioned on the package. After receiving your item, we will trade it for the desired product and send it to you (if the desired product is in storage). In the event of a mistake happening on our part, Vivence will take care of any additional costs.
To return an item, one must send the product back (on your own costs) to the address mentioned on the package. BEFORE sending the item you wish to return, clients are required to fill in the ‘Retour form’ on the website. After we receive and approve the returned package, clients can expect their refund within 10 business days upon the given bank account.
Products acquired during a SALE can only be traded for another product and not returned for refunds.
